Breast Augmentation (Saline Implant – Gel Implant)
Augmentation uses saline or gel implants to add breast volume. Implant dimensions, placement, and incision options are selected around your anatomy. An implant alone may not correct significant breast drooping.
Mastopexy (Breast Lift with Implant)
A lift with an implant combines breast reshaping with added volume. The lift addresses the skin envelope and position; the saline or gel implant contributes fullness. Your surgeon may recommend one operation or a staged approach.
Mastopexy (Breast Lift – No Implant)
A breast lift without an implant reshapes the breast and adjusts the skin envelope using existing tissue. It does not add implant volume, and the amount of upper-breast fullness achievable varies.
Breast Reduction
Breast reduction removes selected breast tissue, fat, and skin to reduce size and reshape the breasts. Nipple and areola positioning may also be adjusted as part of the plan.
Areola Reduction
Areola reduction aims to decrease the diameter of the pigmented skin surrounding the nipple. It is different from reducing nipple projection or performing a full breast lift. The planned shape and scar position should be explained before treatment.
Gynecomastia (Male Reduction with or without removal of glandular tissue)
Gynecomastia surgery reduces male breast fullness. Depending on the tissue present, treatment may involve liposuction, removal of glandular tissue, or a combination. Skin adjustment may be needed in selected cases.
