Blepharoplasty (Eyelids)

Blepharoplasty addresses selected concerns involving upper or lower eyelid skin and fat. It may improve hooding, puffiness, or under-eye bags. Brow position and eye health also affect the plan; eyelid surgery does not address every cause of a tired appearance.

Otoplasty (Ears)

Otoplasty reshapes or repositions parts of the outer ear. It can address prominent ears or selected differences in shape. The surgical approach depends on cartilage, anatomy, and whether one or both ears are involved.

Bichectomy / Buccal Fat Removal (Cheeks)

Buccal fat removal reduces part of the fat pad within the cheek through an incision inside the mouth. It changes lower-cheek fullness; it does not treat every type of facial volume or replace a facelift.

Rhytidectomy (Facelift)

A facelift addresses selected signs of facial aging by repositioning underlying tissues and managing excess skin. It may improve jowling and lower-face laxity. The neck may require a separate or combined plan, depending on the proposed technique.

Submental Lipo (Chin & Neck)

Submental liposuction removes selected fat deposits beneath the chin through small access incisions. It may help define the transition between the chin and neck when the anatomy and skin quality are suitable.

Mandible Definition (Jawline Definition)

Jawline definition is a treatment goal, not the name of one standard operation. The jaw’s appearance can involve bone structure, chin projection, fat distribution, and skin laxity. A meaningful plan identifies which of these contributes to your concern.

Brow Lift

A brow lift raises selected forehead and brow tissues to address a lowered brow position. The incision pattern and technique depend on anatomy, hairline, and the changes being considered.

Earlobe Repair

Earlobe repair reshapes and closes selected tears or stretched openings. The amount of remaining tissue, scar history, and desired shape determine the repair. A scar remains even when the contour improves.
