What this procedure may address
An inner thigh lift removes selected excess skin and reshapes the area. Incisions may be limited to the groin or extend along the thigh, depending on how much tissue needs treatment.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
Is this suitable for me?
Assessment includes skin laxity, fat distribution, weight stability, health, and expectations. Liposuction may be discussed when fat also contributes, but it is not a substitute for every skin-removal plan.
What should I expect during recovery?
Healing in the inner-thigh area requires attention to movement, moisture, and tension. Follow your surgeon's instructions for walking, garments, wound care, and returning to exercise.
What risks should I understand?
Risks include wound separation, infection, fluid collections, persistent swelling, visible scars, altered sensation, asymmetry, and blood clots.
How much will it cost?
Veloré has not published pricing. Before committing, request an itemised estimate covering the procedure, any facility and anaesthesia fees, and follow-up care. Financing and memberships are not confirmed.

Getting ready for surgery
Recovery in everyday life
Movement should follow the team’s guidance, balancing mobility with protection from pulling on the closure. Sitting wide-legged, deep bending and vigorous exercise may stress the area before it is ready. Ask for separate milestones for desk work, a physical job, running and strength training. Report an opening wound or increasing leg swelling rather than assuming every change is normal.
- Early healing: Arrange a ride and the help recommended for your operation. Follow instructions for wound care, medicines and gentle movement; feeling better does not mean the tissues are fully healed.
- As activity increases: Use follow-up to review the incision and agree on work and exercise. Driving requires safe movement and freedom from the effects of sedating medicines.
- Over the following months: Scars and remaining swelling may continue to change. Keep scheduled checks and ask about a result that is not progressing as expected.

Other options to discuss
Liposuction alone may suit localized fat with good skin support, but can leave loose skin untreated. A body lift addresses a different pattern around the trunk and may not fully address the inner thighs. Waiting for weight stability can help clarify the plan. Ask whether a limited correction would meet your goals or leave the main fold unchanged.

Procedure FAQs
When to seek help
Can the entire scar stay in the groin?
Only selected patterns of excess skin can be treated through a groin-limited approach. Skin farther down the thigh may require a vertical incision. Ask to see the likely remaining looseness if you choose a shorter-scar plan.
Will the surgery stop thigh rubbing completely?
It may improve selected folds, but the distance between your thighs also depends on bone structure, muscle and fat distribution. A permanent gap or complete end to rubbing cannot be guaranteed. Describe the exact activity that causes discomfort.
Does a thigh lift treat cellulite?
Its purpose is removal of selected loose skin and contour improvement, not reliable cellulite treatment. Surface texture may remain uneven. Ask which visible changes the surgeon expects and which would be outside the operation’s scope.

A THOUGHTFUL STARTING POINT
First, let’s understand you.
Ask which part of the thigh needs treatment and how that affects the length and position of the scar. Plan for assistance with daily activities and discuss friction, swelling and movement restrictions during healing.
